International Marconi Day
Cape Cod National Seashore has a full free event day of special old and new communication activities to celebrate International Marconi Day. This is a global event in which radio operators from around the world make contact with KM1CC to honor the birthday of Guglielmo Marconi on his birth date.

Every Kid In A Park
If you are in the fourth grade (or home-school equivalent and 10 years old), you can participate in a fun online activity and receive a voucher for a free 4th Grade Annual Pass. Junior Ranger Program
All ages can start the Junior Ranger journey. Junior Ranger Activity Booklets are free at visitor centers to kids who start the program during their visit to the park. You will attend programs with real park rangers and complete activities about Cape Cod National Seashore.
Restored Surf Boat
An open, wooden boat from the 1930s that was used to save victims of Cape shipwrecks has can been seen in Provincetown, MA. The 26-foot 'surf boat' is located in the Old Harbor Life-Saving Station at Race Point Beach, in the Cape Cod National Seashore.

The Effect Of Purple Marsh Crab
Sesarma Reticulatum (Purple Marsh Crab), is responsible for dieback in the low marsh on Cape Cod. The Purple Marsh Crab population is very high and that there is very little predation pressure in Cape marshes. Vegetation loss in salt marshes leads to erosion.
